SPRING / SUMMER 2012

Max Fargo and Maya Villiger teamed up to photograph and film 

the Closed Campaign for S/S12. Not only did they scout people from 

all over the globe, they all were 'real people'.

When watching these short segments you can't help but feel as if you

 knew them, or that if you were in the Mojave desert you would be 

comfortable swimming in the pool and eating

 banana's right along side them.

My latest style icon is Michelle Phillips of The Mamas & The Papas, circa 1966. She has simply captured my heart with her perfect lips and button up collared shirts, angelic voice and ombre hair.

Common Spaces is a Brooklyn based cooperative workspace where people can cook, invent, create and work in a socially and environmentally conscientious space. This is heart warming to know that there are places that are taking the steps to a more communal and aesthetically pleasing outlook. 

My heart now lies in Brooklyn.
