a day in the lyf: no power no problem

Today I awoke to the aftermath of an overnight snowstorm. 

It included no power and no school. 

I proceeded to make myself a morning cup of hot chocolate on the wood stove. Inspiration unraveled from there on and I created the style board above as a reflection of my current state of fashion. The only colours I am partial to these days include blush and gold.

My grandmother gave me these ludicrous chocolates. 

Getting drunk off chocolate has never been more possible.

But seriously. 

An arugula, bleu cheese, and pumpkin seed salad 

to counteract the chocolate and alcohol. 

I miss Paris.
